How autopilot billing works
Your membership covers the automation. Each gift autopilot sends is charged separately to your card on file, at the budget saved on that date. Skipping is always free.
14 days out
We text you the date, what we plan to send, and the exact amount we will charge.
7 days out
One reminder with the same amount. Reply SKIP any time and nothing is charged.
3 days out
If you have not replied, we lock it in, charge your card, and send the gift so the date is never missed.
After delivery
You get a receipt with the amount charged and a record in your order history.
Charges appear on your statement as FC LOGISTICS LLC. No recipient names, ever.
