- Membership is month-to-month. There is no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee: cancel any time from Settings and you keep access through the period you already paid for.
- Free membership costs $0 and never requires a card. VIP Autopilot is $9.99/month. Monthly Floral Club is $129/month. Gift orders are charged separately at the price shown before you confirm.
- Every charge appears on your statement as FC LOGISTICS LLC. We never print recipient names, occasions, or the words "flowers" or "gift" on a statement.
- We do not sell member or recipient data, ever. You can export or permanently delete your account and every recipient record from Settings.
